At North Care Women’s Clinic, we are experts in pregnancy confirmation. We offer laboratory quality, highly accurate pregnancy testing to verify your pregnancy. Tests can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception, and results are confidential.

When you come in for a free pregnancy test appointment you will meet with someone who can help you to understand the results, talk about your next step, and offer you an ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy if you are eligible. You’ll need to gather more information if your pregnancy test returns positive. A positive test reveals you have the hCG hormone in your body, but it does NOT tell you if the pregnancy is viable. An ultrasound can tell you more.

Whether you’re thinking about parenting, abortion, or adoption, an ultrasound gives you valuable information you need to know, regardless of your decision.

An ultrasound image can determine the gestational age of the pregnancy, whether you have an intrauterine pregnancy, and the viability of the pregnancy.

All our pregnancy services, including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, classes, and consultations, are free and confidential.

Everyone handles an abortion differently. We are here to help you navigate anything you may be feeling. At North Care Women’s Clinic, we are here for you regardless of what choices you’ve made.

We are a faith-based nonprofit ​medical clinic that serves any woman facing an unplanned pregnancy, offering open and non-judgmental support, regardless of her religious beliefs or what decision she may make about her pregnancy. Our services are provided free of charge to ANYONE, regardless of race, gender, religion, or socioeconomic status.

Founded by Christians, our beliefs are one of the key reasons we feel so passionate about helping women.

What you will NOT find at North Care is judgment and condemnation (which, unfortunately, can be associated with Christians). We believe we are all in this together, and ALL need unconditional love, support, respect, and grace. At North Care, we all have things we are working through. We care because we’ve been there ourselves. We listen and support because we’ve been listened to and supported in hard times. We are in this with you, no matter where you are in life or what you do or don’t believe.
